1-What is HelloTransfers?
HelloTransfers is a platform that connects travelers with local drivers who will transport you from one city to the next. We also give you the opportunity to explore sights/attractions along the way. We drive, you discover.
2-Are all of your drivers speaking English well?
All our drivers speak fluent English. In addition, they are all very familiar with local culture, history architecture and monuments, so you can actively talk with them and ask them about anything you want. Our verified drivers are willing, empathic professionals – our service is not only to get people from place to place but to make it a great experience.
3-Can you pick me up also at night or early in the morning?
Yes we can. The pick up time is only up to you. Please make sure that you put the correct time while making the reservation.
4-What method of payment do you accept?
You can pay directly to the driver, we accept both cash and credit cards via PayPal.com. You can also pay in advance online by your credit card. There is no additional charge for paying by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards.
5-Can I cancel the booking?
Cancellations can be made up to 36 hours before the departure time, free of charge.
6-I did not get any confirmation email. What shoud I do?

7-What type of vehicles do you have?
Depending on the number of passengers, we provide three types of vehicles. For one to three people we provide classic sedans. Transfers of four people are provided by MPVs and for groups of more than four people we have VANs prepared. The larger the vehicle, the higher the price according to our price list. All of our vehicles are modern, European models. No car is older than ten years. We regularly check all cars to ensure that they meet all the comfort and security requirements.
8-Will my driver take me to the hotel?
Yes, all our transfers are door-to-door (hotel-to-hotel).
9-Is my booking private or shared transfer?
All bookings offered are for private transfers. The vehicle is exclusively for you.
10-How much luggage can I take with me?
Each passenger has an allowance of 1 big suitcase and 1 hand luggage without any weight limit. We don’t charge Extra large luggage if notified to us in advance when making your reservation.
11-Is it safe to travel with HelloTransfers?
We always screen our drivers for criminal and traffic records, and personally interview each one/ inspect their cars for safety, comfort, and reliability. All cars must be less than ten years old, in excellent operating condition, and fully insured for all passengers and belongings. And because our drivers are locals, they’re familiar with the rules and customs of the road. We believe this provides a safer, more relaxing experience for you.
12-Where do I meet the driver at the airport/station?
The details about meeting the driver at the airport or Railway Station are provided in your booking confirmation. In most cases, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals terminal. The driver will be holding a card with the name of the main passenger which was provided during the booking process.
